Let me give you a simple list. They are Chinese Crested, Irish Water Spaniel, Kerry Blue Terrier, Maltese and Bichon Frise to mention a few. These breeds produce less dander and so can make a good companion for individuals with allergy problem.
If you are not satisfied with the above guidelines, there is still one thing left you can do. It is highly recommended that you separate your dog from the person experiencing allergies. In other words, dont let the pet come in contact with the patient as it may worsen the problem. As a pet owner or lover, it is wise to take into account the plight of individuals around you when acquiring.
